These terms apply when you use the Astro Digest app and buy its plans or services. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who can use Astro Digest
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes private and for activity on your account.
2. What Astro Digest provides
Astro Digest gives astrological timings, guidance, compatibility scores and consultations based on Vedic and KP astrology. Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation. Our guidance is for reflection and planning. It is not a guarantee of any outcome and is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For those matters, consult a qualified professional.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Plus subscriptions and the Love & Compatibility Pack are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms as well as these.
- Plus renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Written answers and reports are paid through the App Store or Google Play. Live consultations and temple poojas are paid through Razorpay.
4. Consultations and services
- We aim to deliver each service within the time shown when you order. If we cannot, we will tell you and offer a new time or a refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- For a reading about another person, you confirm that you have their permission to share their birth details.
- Live consultations take place at the agreed time by phone or video. Please be available at that time.
- Poojas are performed by temple priests on your behalf. Photos and prasadam are sent where possible; postal delays are outside our control.
5. Mutual Match and conduct
Mutual Match is for adults only. Add only people you know personally. Do not use the app to harass, stalk, threaten or embarrass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.
6. Your content
You own the questions and details you submit. You allow us to store and use them to provide the service to you. We do not publish them.
7. Our content
The app, its calculations, text and design belong to SVARANITI CONSULTING. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological guidance, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the previous 12 months.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete my account). We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service, with notice where reasonable.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before important changes take effect.
