Refund and Cancellation Policy

Plus subscription and Love & Compatibility Pack

• Cancel Plus any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for; it then stops renewing.
• Refunds for these purchases are made by Apple or Google under their refund policies. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request one through Google Play, or contact us and we will process eligible refunds from Google Play directly.

Written answers and reports

• You can cancel before our astrologer starts work. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange a refund.
• If we do not deliver within the promised time plus 48 hours, you may cancel for a full refund.
• Once delivered, answers are not refundable because the work has been done. If something is unclear, reply in the order and the astrologer will clarify at no cost.
• These are paid through Apple or Google, so the refund is issued through the same store. Refunds through Google Play are processed by us; refunds through Apple are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com, and we will confirm the order details to Apple.

Live consultations

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed time: full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before: you can reschedule once at no charge.
• If you miss the call without notice: no refund.
• If our astrologer cannot attend: you choose a new time or a full refund.

Temple poojas

• Cancel before the pooja date is fixed with the temple: full refund.
• After the date is fixed and before the pooja: refund minus temple charges already paid, which we will show you.
• After the pooja is performed: no refund.
• If the pooja cannot be performed for any reason on our side: full refund.

How refunds are paid

Razorpay payments (consultations and poojas) are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Bank or card timelines may add a few days. Store refunds follow Apple's or Google's timelines.
